Greencrest Lawncare LLC (“Greencrest,” “I,” or “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what happens to it.

Information I collect

The only information you give this site directly is what you choose to send through one of its two estimate forms. The short form on the home page asks for your name, phone number, email address, and the service you’re interested in. The full form on the estimate page also asks for your property address, your city, and any notes you want to add. All of it is used to prepare and send you an estimate, and to contact you about your request.

I do not ask for payment details on this website, and there is no account to create or password to store.

How I use it

To respond to your request with an estimate, to schedule and perform the work if you decide to go ahead, and to contact you about your service. That’s all. I do not send marketing email to people who asked for a quote.

Do I sell your information?

No. I do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.

Service providers

A few technical services make this site work, and they process limited information on my behalf:

• Vercel hosts this website and processes standard server request data, such as IP addresses, as part of serving pages.
• Google reCAPTCHA protects the estimate form from automated spam. Google collects device and usage information for this purpose, subject to the Google Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab) and Terms of Service (opens in a new tab).
• Google Analytics tells me how many people visit this site, which pages they look at, and whether they request an estimate. It uses cookies and collects device and usage information, subject to the Google Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).
• Airtable stores your estimate request so I can respond to it and keep track of your service.
• Resend delivers the emails the estimate form sends: a notification to me, and a confirmation to you.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits and see how the site is used, and Google reCAPTCHA sets its own cookies in order to tell real visitors from bots. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on (opens in a new tab).

Data retention

I keep estimate requests and customer records for as long as needed to provide service and to keep ordinary business records. If you would like your information removed, ask and I’ll take care of it.

Your choices

You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Contact me using the details below and I’ll respond.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for homeowners and is not directed at children. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
